Terms of employment

T.O.S. remunerates employees in accordance with the NBBU collective bargaining agreement (CAO). Depending on the project, the CAO of a particular branch of industry or company might apply. T.O.S. then complies with the relevant regulations. For employees, pension rights accrue in accordance with the specific sectoral regulations or by means of payments to the STIPP, the pension fund for long-term temporary workers. Depending on the nature of the work, T.O.S. remunerates and insures its staff in accordance with Dutch or foreign terms and conditions. Our consultants can tell you more about this. In all cases, T.O.S. provides a watertight insurance package. There is accident cover and cover for medical costs abroad and/or the costs of repatriation. In consultation with T.O.S, good 24-hour assistance is offered via our insurer’s help line. Salaries are paid out correctly and quickly.
