  T.O.S. is affiliated to the Dutch Association of Intermediary Organizations and Temporary Employment Agencies (NBBU). 
The NBBU represents the interests of medium sized enterprises throughout the temporary employment sector. The NBBU’s activities include drafting guidelines, which help its members to organise things professionally. This membership also allows T.O.S. to make use of the flexible possibilities offered by the NBBU collective bargaining agreement (CAO).
